En este contexto, hace algunos a\u00f1os se encuentra en desarrollo y tramitaci\u00f3n el nuevo Decreto Supremo que regir\u00e1 las exigencias legales asociados al dise\u00f1o, construcci\u00f3n, operaci\u00f3n y cierre de estas obras civiles dentro de la industria minera.<\/p>\n<p>El documento se encuentra en tr\u00e1mite en la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, previo a su publicaci\u00f3n en el Diario Oficial.
